What documents do I have to attach to the goods upon shipment?
We have done everything to make it as convenient and easy for our sellers to understand the issues of filling out documents when sending goods to buyers.
After confirming the order, in the Seller Account under "My Sales", you will see a list of documents required for sending. Most of the documents will be generated automatically by the website system, you only need to download and print them, while others should be printed and filled out.
Also, depending on the situation, you may need an expert opinion and documents of ownership.
IMPORTANT! An invoice, expert opinion, ownership documents, and other possible documents should be packed with the artwork. It is desirable to attach documents from the outside for access without violating the integrity of the main package.
