Hello everybody!
Sorry for not writing to you for a while, but we've been a bit busy actively working on improving the website.
Here are some of the new features that we hope will enhance your sales:
New Payment Methods Added: Clients can now pay using bank cards and bank transfers, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, AliPay, and WeChat Pay.
New Payout Method: Added the ability to withdraw your earnings to your personal Payoneer account, saving on fees and speeding up the process of receiving funds. Learn more about Payoneer's capabilities
here.
Public Price Formation: When adding a piece of art, you can now see the shipping cost to each country separately. This allows you to flexibly form a unified public price for buyers, taking into account the cost of the artwork, shipping costs, and possible taxes and fees. Thus, clients from different countries can see different prices for your artworks depending on the shipping cost to their country.
Sorting Artworks for Clients by Delivery Convenience: An additional sorting condition for artworks has been added for clients. Now, on the main gallery page of all artworks, clients see items that are closer and more convenient for delivery to them, taking into account the seller's and buyer's country. As before, the rating of the artwork is also considered in the sorting process.
Alternative Price Offer: We have enhanced the interaction between seller and buyer by allowing an alternative price offer for your items. This feature was previously available but is now significantly automated. As soon as a potential client makes an alternative offer, you will see it in your personal account and can accept, reject, or make a counteroffer.
Shipping Recommendations: We have improved the instructions for packaging and shipping artworks.
Additionally, we want to inform you about an important update to our commission structure. Starting May 24, 2024, the Jose Art Gallery commission will increase to 40% (excluding taxes and fees). This change is necessary to support the further development of our project and cover advertising costs.
In connection with these innovations, we would like to inform you about changes to our
Terms of Use,
Privacy Policy,
Seller Policy,
Intellectual Property Policy, and
Return Policy. These changes are related to the development of our business and the need to comply with legal requirements. Changes took effect on May 24, 2024. We recommend that you carefully review the updated documents if you haven't done so already.
Yes, yes, we know this is not the most exciting reading, but we are obligated to address these legal points to protect your rights and our shared creative universe.
We continue to work on new features and opportunities to promote your artworks and hope to delight you again soon.
Stay creative and take care!
Sincerely,
The Jose Art Gallery Team
