This girl isn’t someone to feel sad for, she is the survivor, she has been broken and knocked down over and over, and she continues to fight. If you assume loud is strong and quiet is weak, that tears mean you’ve given up and a smile means you’re ok - There are some things you can only learn from inside the storm, and this isn’t a storm you’ve been in.
