Prohibited content
It is prohibited to publish illegal content on the Jose Art Gallery platform.
Such content includes:
- aggressive materials;
- pornographic materials;
- materials containing violence;
- shocking content;
- containing expressions of hatred, threats or direct attacks against a person or group of people;
- content aimed at inciting national, racial or religious enmity and hatred, humiliating national honor and dignity or insulting the feelings of people in connection with their religious beliefs, race, ethnicity, skin color, language;
- spam;
- any other materials prohibited by applicable law.
The depiction of nude bodies in painting and sculpture is permitted, subject to the above restrictions. Namely, the nature of the presentation and the angles of the demonstration should not give pornographic overtones.
