Username. First and last name
There are two types of name that identify you as a user on the site:
- Username;
- First and last name/gallery name (art space).
Username is the web address of your personal page (joseartgallery.com/artists/username). It is generated automatically based on the real name (if you are an individual) or the gallery name (if you are a legal entity) that you specified during registration.
The username can only be changed within the first 3 days after registering an account and can no longer be changed.
In order to change your username, you need to:
For the Jose Art Gallery website in a browser on a computer
- Click on the profile symbol in the upper right corner.
- Select “Account settings” from the drop-down menu.
- In the “Username” window, enter your new name and click “Save”.
For the Jose Art Gallery website in a browser on a mobile device
- Click “Profile” in the lower right corner.
- In the upper right corner, click on the
symbol.
- Select “Account settings” from the drop-down menu.
- In the “Username” window, enter your new name and click “Save”.

First name and last name/gallery name (art space) is the most accurate parameter for identifying you on the Jose Art Gallery website. Your clients, acquaintances and friends can easily find you on the site if they know your first and last name (if you are an individual) or the name of the gallery (if you are a legal entity).
