Age restrictions for registration
We believe that art should be accessible to people of all ages. However, in accordance with our Terms of Use, persons under the age of 18 cannot register on our Site. At the same time, if you have not reached the age of adulthood, you can visit our Service without registration and use the functionality specified in the Actions without registration section.
If you are an underage artist and would like to share and/or sell your work on Jose Art Gallery, you can do so through your parents, legal representatives or trustee, who shall register on our platform as your curator.
Please note that for security reasons, to confirm the data you provided during registration, we may request identification documents. If such documents are not provided/or provided, but the information in them does not correspond to that specified during registration, we have the right to refuse access to the use of Jose Art Gallery services.
