Return Policy

In case you have paid for your order, but we cannot fulfill it, Jose Art Gallery will fully refund all your expenses.

What should I do if the received package is damaged?

Upon receiving your ordered original artwork or print, carefully inspect the packaging and its contents for damage.

If there is any damage on receipt of the artwork from the courier service, please report the damage to the delivery service agent.

We also ask you to report any damage immediately, but no later than 48 hours after receiving your order, to our e-mail address support@joseartgallery.com.

We will reply to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within 48 hours.

To settle problem issues related to damage to your order as quickly as possible, we ask you to take pictures of each side of the package, shipping labels and all detected damage. We will do our best to make an exchange or refund.

Please note! If you fail to notify us of damage within 48 hours, no further claims for damage will be accepted and no refunds will be made. We will treat your order as accepted without damage.

How much time do I have to return the purchased item?

You have the right to return an original artwork or print within 14 (calendar) days of actual receipt without giving a reason. Digital goods — image files purchased under license terms — are not subject to return.

To make a refund, you need to submit a request in your personal account or send a request to support@joseartgallery.com.

In case you decide to return an original artwork, the funds you paid for the order will be refunded only after the artwork has been safely delivered to the artist and we have processed your refund. The amount due will be refunded back to your original payment source (deducting shipping costs and international customs fees) within 7-10 business days after the return.

In case you decide to return a print, the money you paid for the order will be refunded to you within 3 days after our office receives the item and verifies its integrity.

Exceptional situations

Should the shipping company fail to deliver the artwork to the specified address, you must pick up the order from the courier service’s nearest warehouse within fourteen (14) days. Otherwise, it will be returned to the seller and you will receive a refund. Please note that in this case, transportation and other related costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
