Why my artworks are not available for sale?

If your artworks are already displayed in your online gallery but are not available for purchase with a "Buy" button and are only offered through a "Order" button, this signals that you urgently need to address the factors preventing their sale.   • Your profile is not verified. Profile verification is a process of confirming your identity with documents, and it is a mandatory condition for all our sellers. This requirement ensures safety and trust on our platform, guaranteeing that all sellers are genuine and their goods meet our quality standards and do not infringe on the copyrights of others.
  • You have not provided a contact phone number. Providing a contact phone number is mandatory for all sellers. It allows us to quickly contact you if necessary and send relevant notifications. Your phone number will not be accessible to other site users.
  • You have not confirmed your email address. Providing your email address is critically important for our platform as it is the main communication channel between you, as a seller, and the site administration, as well as potential buyers. An email address allows us to promptly convey important information, including purchase notifications, inquiries from buyers, and site policy updates. Without an up-to-date email address, you might miss significant messages that could affect your ability to sell and interact on the platform.
  • You have not specified the location of your artworks. For efficient logistics, it is necessary to specify the location of your works. This information assists in organizing transportation and ensures transparency in the purchasing process for clients.
  • You have not updated the status of your artworks.  It is important to regularly update the status of your works on our site, indicating whether they are available for purchase, sold, or not for sale. This not only helps buyers navigate your portfolio better but also increases trust in you as a seller. Constantly updating the status of your works demonstrates activity and professionalism and helps avoid potential disappointments from buyers interested in already sold pieces.
  • You have not provided your tax information or indicated its absence. One of the key requirements of our platform is for sellers to provide tax information or explicitly indicate its absence. This requirement is due to the need to comply with tax legislation and ensure the transparency of financial operations. Your tax information helps us correctly calculate and withhold taxes, ensuring that all transactions comply with current laws. The absence of this information may lead to delays or blocking of payments to you as a seller.
