What delivery service does Jose Art Gallery use?
Our company delivers orders to all countries of the world without exception. We rely on international courier companies, including DHL Express (the world’s leading express delivery company) as our official delivery partners.
What is the delivery cost?
Once the buyer specifies a country, the delivery cost is automatically calculated and included in the total cost of the order. All shipments are fully insured by DHL Express.
How are the orders packaged for shipping?
Packaging and shipping of artists’ original works and prints is carried out by the right holder and personally supervised by us in accordance with strict international standards. Once packed, the original works are handed over to a delivery service possessing the appropriate equipment and a transportation license for works of art.

- location of the artist’s original work and the customs clearance process (local restrictions and customs office working hours);
- additional design of artwork by the copyright holder (e.g., framing the painting) or stronger packaging (e.g., a wooden container) to prevent damage during transportation;
- customized artist’s work.
What are the delivery terms for original prints?
The prints are produced in our print shop in Austria according to a license from the rights holders. We are equally concerned about the environment, the quality of our work and our employees. That is why our wall art workshop operates in strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Therefore, in extremely heavy workloads, there may rarely be short delays in the production of your order.
Standard delivery time for wall art:

8-12days (photo printing and printing on canvas)

10-18days (artwork with framing).
What are the delivery terms for the license file (digital product)?
If you purchased a digital product, you can download it as soon as the payment is completed.
Once your transaction is successfully completed, you will immediately be redirected to the download page. You will also receive an email with a download link to the email address you provided. If you don’t find the download link in your inbox, check your spam folder, perhaps the email was misdirected there.
How can I track the order status and delivery time of original artworks and prints?
We will regularly update the status of your order, providing you with as much information as possible.
In a few hours after you place your order, we will send a confirmation email with estimated delivery time.
Do I have to pay additional taxes or customs fees?
In rare cases, the shipping company may require you to make additional customs payments for import. If this happens, we ask you to make this payment and provide us with a receipt/statement of costs. We will refund you the full amount of the unforeseen customs fees.
