Before us - the only one in the world! - coronation portrait of Catherine the Great, made modern author. The work, in which 5 craftsmen were involved, continued for one and a half years. The source for the creation of the amber portrait of the Empress was a pictorial painting of the Venetian artist of the mid-18th century Stefan Torelli. However, this is not a copy or reproduction of the well-known portraitist, and the desire for creative comprehension of a new unusual solution, embodied entirely in another technique - the technique of a volumetric amber painting.
