The sad beauty of the Gothic subculture inspired this painting. The canvas depicts a girl-poet at the moment of the highest spiritual uplift, which comes during the creative process. The title of the painting coincides with the name of the composition of the Shape of Despair group, which reflects the state of the artist's inner impulse. I hope that the picture will evoke the appropriate emotions in the viewer.
