This work represents a refined caricature of Claude Monet, created by Oddonkey in 2021. Emblem of his painting, the lotus flower in the hand of the famous artist profoundly symbolizes his connection with nature. Using an innovative combination of techniques - charcoal, acrylic and watercolor - on a canvas prepared with a rough base, the artist offers a new interpretation of the Impressionists through the portrait genre. The choice of materials and the delicate caricatural approach make this canvas a unique piece in the series dedicated to the 'great artists'.
