Description of the Artwork “Etude Boats”
Spring study of boats, painted in oil en plein air. My aim was to capture the exhilarating freshness of May: the lush greenery around the lake, its reflection in the water, and the sunlight glints creating a subtly shifting hue on the water’s surface. The boats themselves evoke a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The canvas is gallery-wrapped, with unpainted edges, and is recommended to be framed for display.
