The artwork depicts a female figure alongside calla lilies and is part of my series titled "Femininity," which I started working on in 2018. This painting is the first in the series where I have combined the female figure with flowers, specifically calla lilies, which I have long desired to paint in such a combination. The title of the painting symbolizes the eternal presence of beauty. In my opinion, this artwork emanates a sense of tranquility. I believe that the future owner will be able to perceive this calmness and find their own emotions reflected in it. The background is a deep blue color, almost black, and the edges have been painted, making it ready to hang.
I strive to capture and convey the delicate nuances of sensitivity, sensuality, sexuality and a myriad of other sensations and emotions in my paintings, . I firmly believe that feelings and emotions are eternal, and through my art, I aim to express and explore these timeless aspects of the human experience. In my artistic practice I create a space where emotions are not only expressed but also shared, where the boundaries between artist and spectator blur, and where the power of art to evoke and provoke emotions is celebrated. Through this ongoing exchange, I believe that art can touch hearts, inspire conversations, and create connections that transcend time and space.
