Starchenko, Vyacheslav * Born in 1970 in Kharkov. • 1987-89гг.--studies in hghu at the Department of HO (decoration). 1989-96гг.—studies in hhpi (now the Kharkov Academy of design and arts), first at the Department of "Industrial design" , and transferred to the "Schedule".
