Valeriy Zeltin

A native of Shakhtersk. O. Sakhalin. Currently I live in Ukraine. Poltava. Parents are Ukrainian. Pensioner. I love sports and art (painting, photography, wood carving). At school age I attended a children's art studio. Then service in the SA -1973-75. There was also a small painting studio there. It was led by a political officer. This is where my training ended, and then I learned everything on my own.
