Robert Siegert

Robert has been taking photographs for as long as he can remember and learned to print and develop his own photographs by the age of 16. He studied photography and the history of photography at University. He later worked as an assistant photographer for a number of London Advertising photographers working on everything fr om food photography to photographing cars. As Robert developed his style of photography he gravitated to the outdoors. He has travelled extensively as an assistant photographer which helped him become more aware of his surroundings. Robert won a number of awards from the association of Photographers in the 1999 Assistant awards and has participated in numerous exhibitions. Robert’s current work tends to be mostly landscape photography related, however his camera is never far away and is never left behind on a family holiday. This is the first time Robert has put any of his personal photography work up for sale and all the fine art prints are in limited editions. Robert takes great care with his work and either prints all the images himself, wh ere this is not possible he supervises the printer.
