Ferenc Flamm

Ich bin in Budapest aufgewachsen und habe mich schon früh in Kunst, Musik und Tanz verliebt. Mein Interesse reifte weiter während seines Studiums am Kunstgymnasium in Budapest, am Béla Bartók Musikkonservatorium und an der Ungarischen Kunstakademie zwischen 1960-1969. Ich habe Kunstgeschichte, Malerei, Anatomie und Bewegung gemäß der mitteleuropäischen Kunsterziehung mit Wurzeln in den Prinzipien von Leonardo da Vinci und dem Erbe vieler anderer klassischer Meister studiert. 1976 zog ich nach Schweden, gründete eine Familie, studierte an der School of Fine Arts in Göteborg und begann dann als Grafiker, Illustrator und Künstler zu arbeiten. In den letzten 15 Jahren bin ich zu seiner Kunst zurückgekehrt; Porträtmalerei, Aufträge, mehrere eigene Kunstprojekte, Ölbilder und Lithografien.

My works has been shown in the Agora Gallery on Broadway in Soho and at The City Hall in New York, at the US Congress on Capitol Hill in Washington DC, in Orlando and Fort Lauderdale in Florida, at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, and on Long Island. I have participated in a group exhibition at The Mall Galleries in London, exhibited in Budapest, Stockholm, Lund and Gothenburg. A few years ago, my music series “Gothenburg Suite” was shown at the Concert Hall in Gothenburg, the paintings portrayed musicians and conductors at the Gothenburg Symphonics.
