Description of the Artwork “White porch with blue door”
The warmth of the southern sun, the unhurried atmosphere of a Mediterranean village, bright rays and picturesque shadows inspired me to paint the picture. This painting will bring a piece of sunny summer into the interior with its warmth and vacation motive. The painting was painted in large volumetric strokes on cotton canvas stretched over a wooden stretcher. No frame. For better exposure, framing is recommended, since the ends of the canvas are not painted over.
