Latin locution depicting « the unknown of unknown”. I feel it is best to portray the unknown by using only two monochrome colors: Black and white. Inspired by my life experience. We all reach a point in our life where we doubt we will ever know who, what, how things truly are. I thought no better way to describe it, with this abstract composition . The texture is carved using palette knife horizontally and vertically in random broad strokes.
Zue Razali is a Malaysian born self taught contemporary abstract and figurative artist. Although she's from electrical engineering education background, she has however showed an uncanny aptitude and passion for arts particularly in portrait and abstract painting from an early age. Her painting is focusing on textures, motif and minimal colors. She's currently painting on stretched linen canvas and sometimes paper. Her palette materials are ranging from acrylics, granite paints, papers, glue, dirts and sodium bicarbonate. She finds the most important parts of her artwork are the creative process, various materials and the resulting visual outcome. Her paintings are mostly inspired by life events, personal experience and the things she discovered while going on with her life.
