About the artist
Julia Matveeva, Poland
Hi, My name's Julia. I am an artist and illustrator from Warsaw. The art was an essential part of my life since childhood. Until very recent, I have considered art as a fully noncommercial activity. I like minimalism from the one side and deeper meaning (like involvement of mythology, symbols, etc) on the other. As a result, I am looking for equilibrium between two of them during creation of new works. In addition, focusing on the details from the beginning until the end is very important for me.
