This artwork was drawn in a graphic format in 1993. Recently I was sorting out my old drawings and wanted to add a color to some of them. Ballpoint pen and colored pencils on paper. Not framed. Ships in a hard tube.

I am a self-taught artist making a variety of wooden inlaid jewelry, sculpture, paintings. As an artist I am interested in the relationship between painting technique and our own ways of seeing, our emotional connection with images and fantasies. And I want to express my feelings rather than illustrate them. The painting becomes an experiment that allows me to explore myself deeper, learn more about myself and the world around me. In the process of work I try to visualize the movement of energy as it flows up and down. The images begin to change, and I myself do not fully know what the result will be. My desire is for my paintings to resonate in the hearts of the audience and become a part of their soul. A member of Artists Trade Union of Russia.
