About the artist

Serhii Dubovyk was born on August 4, 1981 in Vinnytsia region. At the age of three, he and his family moved to Khmelnytskyi. From an early age, he felt an urge to draw and continued to consistently improve his mastery of the brush. His parents, noticing his son's interest, enrolled him in an art school. He studied woodworking at the Lviv State College of Applied and Decorative Arts named after I. Trusha. (From 1997 - 2003) Studied woodworking at the Lviv National Academy of Arts. (From 2003 to 2005) He worked as a teacher at the Khmelnytskyi Children's Art School. (From 2005 - 2006) He worked as a teacher at the Khmelnytskyi National University at the Department of Design. (From 2006 to 2010) He has work experience as an artist-director of video clips, decorator, author of concept ideas. He painted portraits of celebrities. Serhiy's clients are many famous Ukrainian and Russian pop stars, including: Serhiy Zverev, Olya Polyakova, Yevgenia Vlasova, Dmytro Kolyadenko, Olena Galitsyna, Viktoriya Lukina. (From 2008-2016) Engaged in artistic woodworking, painting, graphics, draws illustrations for books, develops logos.
