On this sculpture, the author masterfully conveyed the allegory of winter through the image of the female body. The marble surface seems to capture the cold breath of winter nights, suggesting the idea of peace and relaxation. The sculpture radiates a feeling of silence and coolness, which is so desirable on very hot days. The play of light on the smooth marble surface adds depth and emphasizes every detail of the sculpture.
