Merz Bilden - Wolf and Dog

A satirical and historical portrait of a young Adolf Hitler taken in Munich by the photographer Heinrich Hoffmann who would become the Fuhrer’s personal photographer. Adolf is sitting with his dog. He loved dogs... but hated to many other things. The face has in this dada version ( Merz picture ) started to transform to an animal, the animal within. The Beast. He is duplicated to resemble the many followers of evil he soon would bring close to him in order to carry out mass murder and genocide on a scale never before seen. The mirror of history has exploded and everyone gets injured by its deadly shards, as history repeat itself again and again. because as humans we have limitations. We are driven by greed, hunger, and the the need of tasting the sweet taste of power.
