Description of the Artwork “Materia Series - Comp. nr 35”
This Hahnemühle Fine Art Baryta print, created in 2024, is framed with passepartout and museum glass. Each work is numbered and signed by the artist Alessandro Idini, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. The Materia series explores abstraction in photography, using materials in various states to express raw power and indeterminate forms.
Alessandro Idini, Italy
Born in Nuoro in 1961 and passionate about photography since he was a boy, he completed his studies in Milan, at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts. After graduating he worked for a few years as a fashion photographer first in Milan and then in Paris. Subsequently he dedicated himself to sports journalism, working for various national and international newspapers and for a Sky TV thematic channel. At the beginning of the new millennium he began his activity as a fine art photographer.
