There is an opinion that it is in still lifes and landscapes that the artist's inner world is best revealed. The artist makes viewers admire the "copies" of simple things, the originals of which a person does not pay any attention to in everyday life. The essence of the "content" of a still life is the feeling of the objectivity of life. In a still life, objects are the language that the artist speaks. As an independent artistic genre, a still life affects the viewer, since it evokes associative ideas and thoughts during the perception of inanimate nature, by which one can see people of certain characters, worldviews, eras, and the like.
Hi all! My name is Sergey Shvydyuk, I am a professional graphic artist and painter from Ukraine. He received his specialty at the Faculty of Graphic Design of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Kyiv. I have been involved in art for more than 30 years, and am a participant in city and international exhibitions. I work in various graphic techniques, in particular lithography and engraving, and today my main activity is easel painting. The works are in private collections in America and Europe. My creative vision was formed on the basis of studying the best examples of world art: impressionist painting, avant-garde painting of the 20-30s of the last century, as well as current trends in contemporary art. In my work, I try to realize and convey the beauty and uniqueness of the world around us. I draw inspiration mainly from nature and simple things that are present in our lives every day.
