Sila

The history of this work is long and difficult. I started drawing it to the sounds of sirens, blackouts, under the light of flashlights and candles and could not finish it for a very long time, maybe I hoped that I would finish it with the victory of my country. But I found the strength to finish only after thinking: "let my anger and strength and that of millions of Ukrainians be imprinted on the face of this woman. Several times the picture shook from the arrival of rockets in my city. Therefore, together with us, this picture carries a lot of experiences. More than once redrawn, because she wanted the picture to evoke emotions in the one who looks at it. A woman indicates that she cannot be played with. She has enough strength. This is the main idea of this work. I think that the person who wants to buy it will get a piece of this courage.
