Description of the Artwork “Japan in Gold - Shojo”
Shojo is the second painting of my series Japan in Gold, oil on canvas 50x60 cm. The gold leaf applied to the girl's glasses and the graffiti in the texture wall behind the girl are a touch of modern in the depicting of a girl belonging to a country always divided between modernity and ancient traditions.

Born in Milan, Simona Zecca is a self-taught artist who has always loved drawing and art since childhood and has always continued to cultivate her passion for art even during her studies and in the period in which she worked. in marketing.
