Emerald Eyes They look right inside you, the emerald eyes. A magical dream and there’s nowhere to hide. Like a mask from the deep, fascination abounds. A nymph or a mermaid; dream fairy confounds. In those eyes that seduce, I am ready to drown. In their radiant beauty. A date in the town? For I’d give you the sun plus the stars and the moon. All along with my heart; just one glance a harpoon. Just one glance in my stead, for would be opportune.
