Description of the Artwork “Girl from the 80s”
The painting has its own little origin story. I am interested in photography, so I offered to do a photo shoot for my friend, in the style of the 80s, while taking photographs I tried to accurately convey how I see her. This is how the art of photography turned into painting, I spent more than 20 hours working out the details in this work, I wanted to accurately depict all the textures

You can look at paintings written in realism through the eyes of an artist, they depict reality as it is, without over-idealization and decoration, but at the same time, everyone perceives this world in their own way and when I paint my paintings, I try to emphasize all the beautiful and unusual details that I notice in the appearance of my sitters. Photography is something that interests me no less than painting, so I often paint my works from my own photographs. I graduated from the art school and art courses at the academy about 5 years ago, while studying there I participated in various exhibitions. This experience taught me the basics of fine art, which helped me develop my own creative approach to painting.
