This is the first painting of my neo-expressionist period. Starting with academic painting, developing into realism, I made the transition to photorealism. That process was purely a search for creative freedom. Then, without fear, I began to express the feeling of the moment on the photo-realistic style of the painting. Thus, the foundation of the series of neo-expressionist portraits was laid.
I was born in the village of Nurnus in the Republic of Armenia in 1995 . Now I live and make works of art in the village of Mkhchyan located in Ararat region. Since childhood, I have been unconsciously involved in art, drawing on the walls, making various figures from mud, wire, and anything else possible. Over time, I began to realize what I had been doing all that time. I started to attend drawing classes. I began my career as an artist with an academic education. I was interested in contemporary art, after moved to photo realism, neo-expressionism and abstract art. I also began to create in photo art, installation, performance and other directions. In 2018, I graduated from the State Academy of Arts of Armenia with honors and received a bachelor's degree, and in 2020 I graduated with a master's degree, also with honors. Participated in many joint exhibitions. In 2019, I opened my first individual exhibition.
