This work of art captures the essence of inner reflection, combining elements of nature with surreal images. The depicted face, with its piercing gaze and pronounced features, becomes the central point of the composition, surrounded by motifs that evoke associations with growth, development and the cyclicity of life. Oil paints on the wooden panel add depth and saturation to the color, emphasizing the detail and skill of the artist. Every element, from floating planets to branching trees and insects, seems to come to life and at the same time leaves room for many interpretations. This painting invites the viewer on a meditative journey into the depths of the subconscious, where reality and imagination are inseparable.
Elena Bezhenova was born in the Caucasus. It was the place of birth that determined the artist’s interest in studying and observing nature.
