Description of the Artwork “Dandelion”
The picture shows the wife in childhood. Around her is a field of dandelions. The technique is cold encaustic. Artistic oil and wax were used.
About the artist
Andrii Haidar, Ukraine
I was born on 10.02.1971 in Dnepr, Ukraine. In 1999 graduated from the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine. Since then I work as a senior teacher at the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine in Kiew. I´m teaching drawing and painting at the Faculty of Architecture, as well as at the faculty of design and scenography. I work mostly in easel painting. Also make portraits to order.
