A treasure sword or samosek is a mythical edged weapon that had magical properties and ensured the defeat of the enemy in battle. The sword in the stone, which the king himself, according to legend, plunged into the rock, proving his right to the throne, has a curious relative that has survived to this day. We are talking about a block with a blade firmly embedded in it, which is kept in the Italian chapel of Monte Siepi. The owner of the sword was, however, not the legendary king, but the Tuscan knight Galliano Guidotti, who lived in the 12th century.
I was born in 1992. Until I was 30, I lived in Russia: I worked as an engineer. Specialty: electrical power engineering. In 2022, my husband and I fled to the United States due to the political situation in Russia. In the USA I started drawing. I draw what I really like. Thus, in my paintings there is a piece of my soul.
