Bitterness of humility

The painting is dedicated to the victims of the #earthquake in Turkey in 2023. This disaster has touched the hearts of all people. I live in Turkey and I was very worried about this event. I have friends who have lost entire families in this earthquake. This painting will be presented at an #exhibition in Bursa and Izmir. Whirlwinds in the sky symbolize winter cold, panic and horror. Birds flying away to the light symbolize the souls of the dead. The concrete slabs were painted on a fabric impregnated with acrylic concrete. This shows that with an earthquake, everything loses value except life. Since all things are mixed with concrete dust. Concrete slabs, curtains, mattresses, clothes become one mess. In the center of the painting, a mother and child are depicted looking at each other with tenderness and tenderly embracing each other. It is a symbol of love and hope. The sad girl symbolizes love, sadness, humility.
