Melodía Desencadenada is a creation in which colors intertwine freely in an infinite and chromatic sunset, composed in a zigzag shape. In this work, I have fused acrylics with oil pastels, resin and plaster, creating a symphony of textures that invite reflection. I am inspired by the abstract style, the expressiveness and the brushstrokes that suggest impressionism. Each stroke captures an emotion, a free-flowing vibration, capturing a whirlwind of feelings on the canvas. This piece transmits an energy that will give life and movement to any space, a flash of passion that speaks to the soul.
“The reason is completely secondary for me; what I want to represent is what exists between me and the motif.” (Claude Monet) Trained in Art History and passionate about Fine Arts. From a very young age I enjoyed painting and although my career was in other areas, I remain faithful to my passion. I love experimenting with colors and textures. I work on canvas (mainly), using mixed media or on watercolor paper. With painting, every day there is a new creation and the abstract impressionist theme is what inspires me the most, leaving me free to compose, trying to convey emotion with each brushstroke. In general, my work is characterized by the chromatic variety and the depth of the texture. I try to pick up the color of Venetian painting, English, German, Russian romanticism... Impressionism and abstraction. It is an idea, a memory, a wink... works that have marked me, adding my personal stamp. And sometimes, the color itself is what marks my inspiration. Having a project in mind, it ends in a totally different way than imagined: a line, a stain, a shape... My goal is to convey to the viewer the exclusive beauty of colors, combined in a thousand ways, expressing subtle sensations.
