Lighting dreams. It is an imagined landscape where golden notes stand out as a representation of light, along with white tones. It is a nocturne, an image that invites meditation and mysticism. In the process of making this work, materials such as cement-glue and Gesso have been used to provide texture to the canvas. It is a characteristic of the artist, because in this way she can create works with force and movement. Several layers of different shades of blue and Chinese ink have also been arranged to create a mysterious atmosphere, together with touches of gold to contrast. All paintings include a certificate of authenticity and are preferably signed on the back. Work chosen for real estate decoration by Home Hunting Barcelona and Patricia Canceló ArtGallery: https://kuula.co/share/collection/7JGxh?logo=-1&info=0&fs=1&vr=1&sd=1&initload=0&thumbs=1
“The reason is completely secondary for me; what I want to represent is what exists between me and the motif.” (Claude Monet) Trained in Art History and passionate about Fine Arts. From a very young age I enjoyed painting and although my career was in other areas, I remain faithful to my passion. I love experimenting with colors and textures. I work on canvas (mainly), using mixed media or on watercolor paper. With painting, every day there is a new creation and the abstract impressionist theme is what inspires me the most, leaving me free to compose, trying to convey emotion with each brushstroke. In general, my work is characterized by the chromatic variety and the depth of the texture. I try to pick up the color of Venetian painting, English, German, Russian romanticism... Impressionism and abstraction. It is an idea, a memory, a wink... works that have marked me, adding my personal stamp. And sometimes, the color itself is what marks my inspiration. Having a project in mind, it ends in a totally different way than imagined: a line, a stain, a shape... My goal is to convey to the viewer the exclusive beauty of colors, combined in a thousand ways, expressing subtle sensations.
