About the artist

Yaroslava Dasiv (January 6, 1957 – November 30, 2019) is a talented Ukrainian artist whose creative path begins in the picturesque Carpathians. She was born in a village in the Lviv region in a large family. From early childhood, Yaroslav felt a closeness to nature, which included it in her art and inspired her to create unique pictures. After completing her studies at the Moscow University of Arts in 1985, she continued her creative career in Lviv. Yaroslava opened her own shop where she sold her works of art and other artists.
