This painting on a wooden panel is made with oil paints and represents a surreal landscape. In the foreground is a large, rock-like object of warm earthy tones, which dominates the composition. A landscape with green trees, picturesque hills and a blue lake below stretches around it. The background depicts a more fading landscape with soft outlines of trees and houses, which creates a depth of space. The sky in the painting is decorated with flying objects, which give the scene a dreamy and fantastical character. Among them, fish-like figures are visible, painted in bright colors with bizarre shapes, which further enhances the surreal mood.
