Second work in the series dedicated to Gaudí's Casa Milà, known as La Pedrera. This painting captures a detail of the flying buttress of one of the towers on the roof, highlighting the organic architecture characteristic of the Catalan master. From a carefully chosen angle, the stairs leading the eye towards a tunnel form the central axis of the composition. Through this tunnel, the imposing silhouette of the Sagrada Familia, another emblematic work of Gaudí, can be seen in the distance. The vertical format accentuates the elevation of the scene, while the warm tones of the lower areas contrast subtly with the blue skies and cream clouds, creating an atmosphere of harmony and serenity.
