Description of the Artwork “Outland”
In the depths of this painting lies a unique view of abstract art, where each element of the mosaic is not just part of the whole, but also a separate story. Mirror pieces not only reflect reality, but also open doors to a world where the boundaries between the known and the unknown are blurred. The artist Mistyka invites the viewer to go on a journey through the world of his inner “I”, the main guides in which are personal interpretations of hidden symbols and signs encrypted in the work.

In my work, I reflect on the multidimensionality of space, the nature of light and sound, and explore the mysteries of the universe and unusual phenomena. I've always been fascinated by the unknown; that which lies beyond the perception of three-dimensional reality. The images in my paintings are filled with an atmosphere of mystery and numinity. Coming up with each of the compositions, I come into contact with the otherworldly, trying to lift the veil of secrets in order to get closer to the Source. I like to experiment with different materials and techniques. I create my works in such mediums as painting, graphics, audio-visual performance, installation.
