Not a black and white picture

Once upon a time there lived a girl who did not experience anger, disappointment, or tears. She allowed herself to show only the “good”. Because the world taught her that anger is bad. But this is not true. Anger is also part of a girl. She can’t cut off her hand and live without it because everyone around her says it’s the right thing to do? She knows that the hand is there and accepts it. But the girl is not the whole hand. It’s the same with anger - she accepts it within herself, lives in an environmentally friendly way and lives on. There is no black or white. Good or bad. Every emotion is beautiful and has the right to exist in your reality. Often we feel a whole tangle of emotions, and it is so important to give them an outlet, give ourselves the opportunity to experience them, and not hold them in the body.
