In this work, I take the viewer on a surreal journey through a dream world populated by floating, colorful spheres. These spheres symbolize different worlds and possibilities. The dynamic interplay of bright colors on the clear, blue background creates the illusion of another dimension that inspires both reflection and joy. My goal was to create an atmosphere of curiosity and wonder that can enliven any room. This original painting was created in 2022 with high-quality acrylic paints on canvas. The canvas is mounted on a wooden stretcher frame and has been protected against dust and light with a high-gloss varnish. The artwork is signed and dated and its painted side edges make an additional frame unnecessary.
Irene Mitawski, born in Russia, St.Petersburg. has lived and worked in Hanover, Germany since 1996. The painter works with acrylic in the style of abstraction and abstract surrealism. Her inspiration comes from her own inner world - an interpretation of events, impressions, emotional experiences and knowledge accumulated throughout her life through the prism of her own personality. All images are unique and in each image the dreams, fantasies, perspectives and ideas about the known and the unknown are reflected.
