In this fascinating abstract painting, Matteo Ferretti explores the idea of life on the sun. Through warm and vibrant colors such as orange, the artist creates spots of energy that represent solar life. The spots, symbols of energy and information, give a sense of warmth and connection with our planet. The fluid and free gesture used in the painting adds an emotional dimension, while the combination of colors and abstract signs invites the observer to reflect on the nature of solar energy and its influence on our souls and the planet.
Since 2000 I have exhibited in various national and international galleries and I have worked in cities such as Paris, Berlin, Miami, Sao Paulo, Moscow and Dubai. I collaborated with corporations such as Henkel of Düsseldorf, Bobst of Lausanne and for three years with Louis Vuitton in Paris in "Moai travel of light" project. In 2005 I exhibited at the renowned Stelline Foundation of Milan from which I acquired the official quotation of my visual artworks. I participated in the 51st and 53rd Venice Biennale with the artist Marco Nereo Rotelli. In 2008 I started a conceptual research called “Brain, energy that thinks” and founded the Brainhaus collective. This research took me to the 2010 Beijing International Art Biennial and in 2013 to "New Narrative for Europe", a congress of the EU Commission where President Barroso brought together artists, intellectuals and scientists to discuss the future of Europe in general.
