Description of the Artwork “IN THE CHAOS I SEE THE LIGHT”

Automatic translation

In this fascinating abstract canvas, Luigi Profeta takes the viewer on a journey through time and memory. The use of acrylics, oil and pastels creates a dynamic play of light and shadow, alluding to webs of past stories that capture overlooked moments of beauty. Each brush stroke is like a trail of spiderweb, intricately woven to reveal a pattern that is both a trap and a refuge. It is a celebration of the resilience of objects and ideas that survive the passage of time, becoming witnesses of history and culture.
