This 2024 impressionist painting captures the vibrant essence of forsythia, a woody plant renowned for its yellow blossoms. Rendered in oil on hardboard, the piece measures 30 by 40 cm and brilliantly showcases the intricate textures of leaves, embodying the transition to autumn. The artwork is a testament to the artist's skill in portraying the delicate balance between plant and hue.
Welcome to my creative page, my name is Iryna Karp'yak, I was born on April 20, 1983 in the city of Boryslav, Lviv region. I am an artist from Ukraine. I paint in the style of impressionism and love to explore nature, themes of light and shadow, reality and abstraction, simplicity of composition and layers of perception. I am inspired by sunlight, nature and the happiness of life. I really love flowers, their bright colors and fragrances, so I have a lot of flower sketches in my collection of paintings.
