In this work by artist Victoria Shishlova, we see a winter garden, where flowers stretch through icy patterns. Vintage elements combine with graffiti to create a unique abstract cityscape. Carefully chosen colors and textures convey a grunge and antique feel, adding depth and mystery. This painting is not just an image, but also an expression of artistic intent, where each element symbolizes the fragility of time and beauty.
A self-taught artist, she worked in photo and video production as a photographer and artist, and participated in many projects of musicians. Participated as an artist's assistant on the filming of Kirill Serebrennikov Tchaikovsky's Wife in 2021. She opened her magazine, photographing girls in Vogue style. At the moment I have completely switched to painting. I paint using experimental techniques, using acrylic, expired cosmetics and spatulas. I explore the sensory tissue of the subconscious. Through the prism of my works I convey troubled times. A time of confusion, absurdity and absurdity. A time when the worlds of past and future intersect. Old and new generation. A social rift in which creative energy is released. Time for something new and change.
