In this painting, artist Ivan Korolenko conveys the picturesque and majestic view of Minsk through the prism of turbulent water elements and powerful breakwaters. The interaction of urban architecture with the vast expanses of the sky enhances the feeling of calm. Attention to detail and precision of lines make this cityscape the embodiment of a journey to corners filled with history and culture. The painting presents dynamics and stillness at the same time, which characterizes the unique atmosphere of the city on the water.
