This striking work reflects the tension between cement cities and the need to adapt to climate change. Cold, inorganic urban structures exacerbate the effects of global warming, while elements of bioclimatic architecture and biodiversity show a path toward mitigation and adaptation. The intricate details of flora and fauna, together with the use of clean energy, represent hope in the context of the Anthropocene. The combination of colors and the layering of textures create an atmosphere of urgency and possibilities, inviting the viewer to contemplate sustainable solutions.
